What CaringCodex is
CaringCodex builds and runs websites for independent medical practices. You pick a design, answer a short intake, and we build, write and launch it — typically within one business day of your finished intake. After that, changes are included: you email, we edit.
It is a service, not software. There is no page builder for you to learn, because learning a page builder is not a thing a practice owner should have to do.
Why a billing company builds websites
CaringCodex is the website arm of ClaimCarePro, a medical billing and revenue cycle management company with 30+ years of combined billing and coding experience across its team.
Working inside practices’ revenue cycles, the same pattern kept showing up: the billing was being cleaned up while the website — the first thing a prospective patient sees — still listed a provider who left two years ago, or a phone number that rang at an old office, or nothing at all. The front door was the least-maintained part of the practice, because the tools for fixing it all assume someone has a spare afternoon and wants to learn a builder.
That is also why the intake asks what it asks. Knowing which insurance you accept and how you want patients routed is not generic web-form curiosity — it is the same information that determines whether a claim gets paid.
Why we cap the week at 10
We build 10 new practice sites a week. That number is published on the pricing page because it is a real operating limit, not a scarcity tactic — the same people who build the sites also run the billing company.
A one-business-day promise only stays true if the queue cannot grow past what the queue can absorb. So if the week is full, you see the next available start date before you pay, never after. We would rather lose the sale than miss the date.
We are new, and we will say so
CaringCodex is early. You will not find customer testimonials, review counts, star ratings or a logo wall on this site — not because they are hidden, but because they would have to be invented, and we are not going to do that.
What we can show you is the actual product: every template in the gallery is a finished, clickable site rather than a mockup, the full price list is published with no gate, and how it works spells out what happens at each step. Judge it on that.
What we will not do
- Claim HIPAA certification. It does not exist — no agency certifies software for HIPAA. What is actually in place is on Security & HIPAA.
- Put tracking pixels on a medical website. No Meta pixel, no ad remarketing tags, no third-party analytics. The product does not ship the capability.
- Invent proof. No fabricated testimonials, ratings or case studies, and no outcome guarantees about how many patients a website will bring you. Nobody can honestly promise that.
- Hold your work hostage. Your domain stays in your name. Cancel and the site stays up 30 days while you export the whole thing as static files.
