Pricing, ownership, turnaround, HIPAA, and what happens if you leave. If the answer to your question is not here, ask — we would rather answer it before you buy.

Buying

Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. Prices are published, the templates are real finished sites you can click through, and checkout is self-serve. If you want to ask something first, email us — but nothing is gated behind a call.
What does it actually cost?
Launch is $59/month plus a $149 one-time setup. Grow is $199/month, Dominate $499, Enterprise $1,499, and setup is included at no charge on Grow and above. The whole list, including add-ons, is on the pricing page with no gate.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. It is month to month. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you want.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays up for 30 days, and you can download the entire site as a static export and host it anywhere. We do not do exit interviews and there is no cancellation fee.

Building the site

Is it really live in 24 hours?
Within one business day of your finished intake — the clock starts when you have answered the questions, not when you pay. The intake takes most people 10 to 15 minutes. See how it works for the four steps.
What if this week is full?
We build 10 new practice sites a week and that is a real cap. If the week is full you will see the next available start date before you pay, never after.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. The design is not locked at purchase. Tell us which template you would rather have and we move you to it.
Who writes the copy?
We do, from the practice information you give us in the intake. You review a draft before anything is published — nothing goes live without your approval.
Can I edit the site myself?
You do not have to, and most practices do not want to. Content changes are included: email what you want changed and we make the edit. There is no page builder to learn and no per-change fee.

Ownership and your domain

Who owns the website?
You do. The copy, the images you supply, and the content are yours, and you can export the whole site as static files at any time.
What happens to my domain?
It stays yours. We point it at the site; we do not take ownership of it and we do not need to hold the registrar login. If you leave, you repoint it and nothing about the domain changes hands.
Do I need to already have a domain?
No. If you have one we will use it. If you do not, we will help you get one — registered in your name, on your account.

HIPAA and privacy

Is the site HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA compliance is a property of your practice’s whole operation, not of a product you can buy — and no agency certifies software for it. What we can tell you is that your marketing site is designed to hold no patient health information, so there is nothing sensitive on it to expose. The detail, including when a BAA applies, is on Security & HIPAA.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes, if you want one. The standard website does not require a BAA because it does not handle PHI, but the HIPAA Forms add-on is only enabled once one is signed.
Do you put tracking pixels on my site?
No — not Meta, not Google Ads, not third-party analytics. The product does not ship the capability. Advertising pixels on medical pages have produced substantial settlements for health systems, and we would rather not have that surface exist. See the privacy policy.

Who you are buying from

Who is behind CaringCodex?
CaringCodex is the website arm of ClaimCarePro, a medical billing and revenue cycle management company. The people building your site work in medical billing every day — that is why the intake asks what it asks. More on the about page.
How many practices are using this?
CaringCodex is new, and we would rather tell you that than invent a number. You will not find fabricated testimonials, review counts, or logo walls anywhere on this site.
What if I need something that is not on the list?
Ask. Some things are add-ons with published prices, some we can do on request, and some we cannot do — we will tell you which. Send us the question.

Still deciding?

Look at the templates. They are finished sites, not mockups — the one you pick is the one you get.
