Four steps, one business day

You pick a design and answer a short intake. We build and write the site and send you a draft. You approve it and it goes live. There is no proposal, no discovery call, and no builder for you to learn.

  1. Pick a design

    5 minutes

    Browse the template gallery and pick the one closest to how you want your practice to feel. Every template is a real, finished site — not a mockup — so what you see is what gets built. You can change your mind later; the design is not locked at purchase.

  2. Answer the intake

    10–15 minutes

    A short form about your practice: services, providers, locations, hours, insurance, and how you want patients to reach you. It is written to be answerable from memory. If you do not know something, leave it blank and we will ask.

  3. We build and write it

    Within one business day

    Your chosen design is populated with your practice's real information and copy written for it. Nothing is auto-published — the draft comes to you first.

  4. You approve, it goes live

    Same day you approve

    Review the draft, tell us what to change, and approve. We point it at your domain and it is live. Changes after launch are included — you email, we edit.

When the 24 hours starts

It starts when your intake is finished — not when you pay. If you buy on Friday night and fill in the intake on Monday, your site is live Tuesday. We say “within one business day of your finished intake” on the pricing page for exactly this reason, and it is the number we hold ourselves to.

The only thing that reliably delays a build is a half-finished intake. If we have to come back and ask, the clock restarts when you answer.

What we need from you

Everything on this list is business information. None of it is patient information.

  • Practice name, address, phone, and hours.
  • Providers you want listed, with credentials as you want them shown.
  • Services you offer, in your own words.
  • Insurance you accept, or that you would rather not list it.
  • How you want patients to book — a phone number, a form, or your existing portal link.
  • Your logo and photos if you have them. If you do not, we build without them.

Never send patient information — not in the intake, not in an email, not in a screenshot. Nothing on this side of the business needs it. See Security & HIPAA for what that means in practice and when a BAA applies.

If the week is full

We build 10 new practice sites a week. That is a real limit, not scarcity marketing — the same people who build the site also run a medical billing company, and the cap is what keeps the turnaround promise honest.

If this week is full you will see the next available start date before you pay, never after. If that date does not work for you, do not buy — the date will still be there next week.

After you’re live

Content changes are included. You email what you want changed and we make the edit — there is no ticket queue and no per-change fee, and you never have to open a page builder.

If you cancel, your site stays up for 30 days and you can download the whole thing as a static export and take it elsewhere. We do not hold your domain, your copy, or your images hostage, and we do not do exit interviews.
